National Domestic Violence Hotline
The Hotline provides lifesaving tools and immediate support to empower victims and survivors to find safety and live free of abuse. The Hotline also provides support to friends and family members who are concerned about a loved one.

SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
We can all help prevent suicide. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.

Fireside Project – Psychedelic Support Hotline
Fireside Project offers free peer support by phone and text message to people in the midst of psychedelic experiences, people holding space for others who are in the midst of psychedelic experiences, and people integrating past psychedelic experiences.
