Zendo Project Application Process

1) Login/Create an account in the new system (follow link below)

If you created an account in our old system, and updated your profile since we expanded our application questions last Fall, your information should already be on file, but you will need to create a new password to log into our new system. Please click the button below to Apply, and follow the on-screen instructions. –> NOTE: DO NOT LOGIN OR RESET YOUR PASSWORD AT MAPS.ORG!

Otherwise, you will need to create an account in order to submit your application, and maintain your information securely. Click the button below to access the application login, and then click “Create Account” to get started.

2) Confirm/Update your Contact Details

When you first log in, you will be taken to the Contact Details page. Make sure this information is correct, and click the Save button.

3) Create/Update your Zendo Volunteer Profile

After you update your contact details, you should be taken to the Zendo Profile form automatically, but if that doesn’t happen for some reason, or you don’t need to update your contact details, you can also select “Zendo Profile” in the menu at the top of the screen at any time. Make sure that all of the required fields are filled in, and click the Save button.

4) Submit your Event Application

Once you submit your Zendo Volunteer Profile, click on Event Applications in the menu at the top of the screen, and click the button to Apply for any of the events that are listed.

5) Log back in and update your information at any time if your contact details, experience, or ticket status changes.

Note for Burning Man: If you do not have a ticket yet, you can still submit your profile and application, but you will need to come back to update your application status after you receive a ticket before your application can be fully reviewed and accepted.
